Another year.
Did you think gone or is here?
I found the wishbone from Thanksgiving during my Christmas put away moments. I held both ends. That way I would get my wish no matter what.
I thought of what to wish.
Tears came.
I had nothing and not because I believe I have all I need or want.
That was the saddest realization of all.
Today it was a ‘what would be the point’ kind of day.
Another year.
